besides having to aprove all that $liquisoft said i also have my own view on this

as a mark it does a great job as it's a clear bold mark that you could see even in small sizes almost as clear as you can see it here
but as far as people understanding what it says you have to make some tweaks and this is not only about the fact that the logo itself is unreadable but how you wanted to make the letters:

on my first view on this my brain saw every round element as a single letter and i read "aboda" (last "A" mirrored) and this was simply because of the corners you left on the shape that create the white space inside each round shape - as i saw it and if you look on your comments someone said they read "cccc"

i think you might have more succes cutting those spikey corners and leave the "n" as a mirrored "s" - as you said the "s" is rotated 90degrees for symetry

i hope you get what i said maybe it will make it a bit more readable
